Digital Product Delivery
All digital products are delivered via email immediately after purchase, unless otherwise specified on listing. Some items may be pre-sales and will be delivered on the specified delivery date. If any issues occur with delivery of digital products, please notify team@mollyhicks.com with your order number and we will work to resolve the issue.
Physical Products
Physical products are drop shipped from our printing partners. Most products ship 2-3 days after production is compete. Production times vary by product. To request an update on your order, please email team@mollyhicks.com and we will look into the current status of your order. Products are typically shipped via UPS or FedEx but depend on our printing partners.
